Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for local Singapore orders is approximately 1–5 working days after order confirmation and payment verification.

Delivery Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Orders may require additional processing time during peak periods.

International Orders

For locations outside Singapore, shipping is currently handled on a quotation basis.

Additional Delivery Charges

For paper products, additional delivery charges apply for locations without lift access. Price surcharges would be indicated on the paper product itself.

For other products, any applicable surcharge will be communicated before order fulfilment where necessary.
